A trust model test: would you trust this person to be left alone in your home for an hour?
The person could really screw you over in the worst case.
Some collaboration models require a high degree of trust.
But in practice we make trust decisions all the time.
We typically do this for people we know in real life and expect to continue interacting with.
That's much harder in the digital realm.
Still, if you're participating in a cozy community in the digital realm with all people you trust, it's OK if there's some dangerous tail risk, if there's enough productivity upside.
