    • If you had only the Instagram app binary, you'd have a teensy portion of what "Instagram" means.
    • Instagram is a massive network of users, connections, and data.
    • The app part is just a client to access that network.
    • Most apps are actually a special kind of hyper-specific browser for a specific, proprietary network.
