Be a Radagast inside your org, look like a Saruman outside of it.

Inside your org, everyone trusts one another and the vibe can work.

Outside of it, the org is big enough to need summary statistics, which means that Radagast magic can't work and can't be understood.

Radagasts can be rewarded in small organizations where everyone knows everyone and can trust each other and be willing to sense the indirect effects and attribute them to the causer, even if they couldn't prove it to a skeptical remote audience.

But if the org is big enough to need summary statistics, Radagasts can't be rewarded for the full value they create.

There's a difference between looking like a Saruman and being a Saruman.
