    • The ideal response is: "I didn't choose the constraints I was within, but I did choose what to do within those constraints, and I accept responsibility for those choices."
    • When you accept responsibility for those choices you can grow.
    • Now you can ask yourself how you might have chosen differently within those constraints that would have led to better outcomes.
