How many days a week do you have to spend on organizational BS to get great execution?

At 1000+ it's 5 days a week.

At 100 it should be 1 day a week.

Up to 40 people it should be zero.

If you're under 40 and it's more than zero, something is wrong.

Politics emerges in every assemblage of people, but it should not become a dominant force until you've grown to a size where not everyone can have a direct, personal trusting relationship with each other person.
