    • LLMs have this uniformly professional tone, but they are often not particularly authoritative[xj].
    • A rule that all PMs know: when looking for feedback, show mocks at the level of visual fidelity you want feedback on.
      • If you want feedback on precise styling, show pixel perfect mocks[xk].
      • If you want feedback on the overall features and flow, use a style like Balsamiq mocks, that looks hand-drawn.
    • If an LLM isn't sure, I'd rather have it make some spelling mistakes, write in all lower case, and generally sound unprofessional.
    • Deep Research communicates in deeply cited multiple page reports.
      • The first impression that gives is extraordinary but it often fails to be impressive the closer you look.
      • Performative rigor!
