If you present yourself to others as having all the answers, you've trapped yourself.
You can't say "I don't know."
So you need to go to increasingly ridiculous, unproductive lengths to avoid saying "I don't know.".
Even worse than needing to have the answers is needing to be the one who comes up with the answers.
Being able to embrace that you don't have all of the answers is a strong stance that requires self-confidence.
Acknowledging "I don't got this" takes a lot of self confidence and trust.
This is one of the reasons the two unteachable skills need an optimistic, forward momentum: to get that chicken or egg self-confidence and strength coevolving earlier.
