    • "Well I'm great at receiving feedback and they haven't told me it's not working so everything is good."
    • You think you're receiving feedback when you're explicitly receiving it, but actually you're receiving indirect feedback constantly.
    • People are calibrating what you're insecure about, what you lash out about, etc.
    • They'll walk on eggshells on things they can tell you care a lot about or are core to your identity.
    • So you're worse than you think you are, and people know it more than you think they do.
