  • Imagine a PageRank for people you've worked with.
    • The main question is "Who would you want to work with again on an important project?"
    • The signal would have to be private to be authentic, otherwise it would become performative.
    • But if you had everyone's true answers, you could do a PageRank style calculation to come up with a robust, high-quality ranking that rewarded people thinking long-term and being good collaborators.
    • The current systems reward people who are good at taking credit, not necessarily who make the team more likely to be successful.
