    • Before, to get scale, we had to throw away a lot of nuance to get scalar values that could be easily summarized and interacted with.
    • Qualitative nuance was useful, but expensive: it required a human in the loop to distill and synthesize.
    • But now LLMs can do human-style qualitative analysis, but cheaply and at a massive scale.
    • This fundamental change in the possible information architectures must have a significant long-term impact on how organizations internally make sense of themselves, and how they decide and act in the world.
