    • But the trade is that now you as a developer are stuck paying rent.
    • Before PMF, the developer experience helps you iterate quickly.
    • Then, you hit PMF and start scaling, but that's the worst time to rewrite things to get off of Vercel.
    • But now you're a massive thing paying huge margins to a service just for slightly better developer experience.
    • Now with LLMs it's easy to replicate detail-oriented good experiences in a way that was difficult before.
