    • Fast prototyping allows more efficient coordination.
      • IDEO: "A prototype is worth a thousand meetings."
    • A prototype doesn't need to be production-quality, it just needs to be concrete enough to talk about.
    • Prototypes are throwaway but give you information.
    • They lift the fog of uncertainty.
    • They used to be expensive but now with LLMs they are orders of magnitude cheaper.
