Moonshot's goal: "an optimal solution to convert energy into intelligence."

There's something very pure about that goal.

But maybe they should add the word "useful" in front of intelligence.

You could imagine having two LLMs that require huge amounts of compute locked in an infinite debate spiral about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

Or more likely: a red queen dynamic, where everyone spends the maximum on LLMs to get an incremental edge on their competitors.

But everyone else does the same thing, sending the baseline level of LLM use skyrocketing, but the differential advantage being miniscule for everyone.
