    • Before there's a name, there's just an amorphous mass of possibility.
      • Different team members might have different views on it.
      • Default diverging.
    • Once there's a name, there's a capital-T Thing.
      • Everyone can point to it and orient off of it
        • Everyone might have different definitions of what it is, but everyone can agree it exists.
      • Now it becomes much more likely to be default-converging.
