    • Consensus is often taken as a proxy for what the outcome will be.
    • In large organizations with lots of uncertainty and swirl, it's easiest to cling to consensus.
    • But what ultimately matters most is the outcome.
    • Would you rather go with the flow on a thing you think won't work, or go against the flow on a thing you think will?
