They require an expertise to know what you're doing and that you've done it correctly.

But even when you've done it correctly, non-experts won't necessarily realize the alchemical properties you've just created.

Ideally we'd move to a world where creating and verifying a private cloud enclave is captured in a repeatable playbook.

Easier for non-experts to reliably execute on, and easier for non-experts to verify.
