  • Remote is way harder than in-person for brainstorming.
    • One reason in-person works is that when one person gets spun up the other person can meet and sustain that energy without it dropping.
      • There's no delay, no asynchronicity.
    • Also, over VC only one person can talk , so everyone has to think "is this worth wasting everyone's time?"
      • A much larger chilling effect for introverts than extroverts.
