Sandboxes only protect you in a world where zero days are expensive

Otherwise it's the spooky baby rhino effect.

You think you're safe, but actually it doesn't do that much anymore.

"Don't worry, it's running inside of a sandbox."

… and then minutes later it's outside the sandbox innocently doing the tasks you asked it to do.
