Smart systems don't ask dumb questions.

  • Smart systems don't ask dumb questions.
    • A system that asks you stupid questions reveals that it's not intelligent.
    • That is, it doesn't have a high-fidelity (or even low-fidelity) model of you or the situation.
    • A system could be smart in general, but not have the sensorium to detect your situation and so can be dumb in your situation.
