Someone this week told me about a medical situation they had..

He needed elective surgery and needed to shop around to many different providers.

He had a body scan that clearly showed the situation and need for surgery, but he had to describe the needs and history in various forms for each provider each time.

Sending the raw scan out to all of the providers to have them bid on it would be terrifying… but also very convenient.

How can you take away the terrifying part and just leave the convenient part?

What if the providers could come to his scan, bid on it, and not be able to communicate back across the network about the scan?
