  • The better LLMs get, the less context they need to feel truly personal.
    • They can read between the lines, expand beyond what you said.
    • But the quality of that context gets way more important.
    • Context includes both the personal taste / values but also your own "knowledge graph."
      • The knowledge graph is the part that's sticky.
        • Especially facts about your situation right now.
    • Your taste is easier to approximate as LLM intelligence goes up.
      • Whereas the knowledge graph never gets easier.
    • The 'knowledge graph' in ChatGPT is currently smooshed within the ChatGPT history, but in an ad hoc / messy way–and in a way hidden from the user!
      • Without the user being able to see it to correct it, inaccuracies can compound.
