    • If everyone thinks they're a genius, then they are more likely to go against the grain.
    • People who know they can't do better than the process do what the process tells them.
    • This can be terrible with a poor process, or great with a great process.

    • It's better to have a process that everyone knows that everyone will follow than to have the best process.
    • At least then there's something to coordinate to.
