    • They're very different mindsets.
      • "How do I maximize the value given what I have"
      • Vs
      • "How do I create the coolest thing I can"
    • The former is an order of magnitude more likely to work than the latter.
    • The parts already on the table you can take for granted.
      • They already work
      • They will continue to exist even if you don't use them in a new combination.
