When you're using an asymmetric playbook, the traditional players won't understand it at all.

They literally won't see it until it encircles them.

Of course, it's difficult to distinguish an effective asymmetric playbook and a bad one until after you see if it works.

But once it does work, it will look obvious and inevitable in retrospect.
