  • Writing has a backbone and details.
    • If it's written by a human and then edited by an LLM, it still has a human-sourced backbone.
      • A perspective, an argument.
    • If it's written by an LLM and then edited by a human, it has an AI-sourced backbone.
    • One of the reasons I prefer the AI-as-editor writing modality.
    • If everything is written by a handful of centralized LLMs, we'll lose variety in our arguments in society.
