A team building activity: "We got this."

Done as a group to conclude a strategy summit.

Everyone goes around the circle and says "We got this because…" and picks one coworker from the circle who hasn't yet been called out, and lists a relevant superpower of that person.

Everyone has at least one superpower, but we rarely call it out.

The exercise makes people feel inspired, energized, and seen.

It helps make the team high performing, together.
