Everyone on a pre-PMF team must be excellent and aligned with the mission.

A single person who is not excellent or aligned creates eddy currents that slow everything else down.

When you have uniformly excellent and aligned team members, you can get into a flow state with no eddy currents: laminar flow.

When you cross from 1 to 0 on that front, the unlock is discontinuous.
