OpenAI is climbing the chatbot hill

They're in hill-climbing mode on that hill.

It's a hill they'll top out on.

That makes sense, it's the steepest consumer hill that the industry has found… ever.

But the question is how tall the chatbot hill is.

Assuming that AGI is not around the corner, either chatbot will be the be-all-end-all form factor and they'll rule the world…

… or they'll be the AOL stuck climbing a hill that everyone else moves past, unable to jump to the new thing.
