Technology on its own is great, an optimistic force for humanity's thriving.
It's the tech broligarchy part that's the problem.
The tech is fine, it's the centralized power structures and hyper-financialized approach I don't like.
In the past we had many ecosystems we could pick from some of which were walled gardens.
Now we have a handful of options to pick from, all of which are walled gardens.
This hyper centralization is not an intrinsic property of technology; it just so happens to be where we ended up within this set of physics in the late stage.
So let's change it!
Now is the time to reset the power dynamics, given that we have a disruptive technology bursting onto the scene.
The birth of a new early stage where we can put the tech to humanistic ends.
