The most important part of my knowledge management process is the weekly ritual of synthesis.

I have a particular flow of taking notes, curating them, and organizing them in my own home-grown knowledge management tools.^[yc]

But the single most load bearing part is the discipline to take a few hours once a week to riffle through the notes and take the time to synthesize them.

That's the hardest part to recreate.
