The things that lead to the transformative consumer usage often are not about tech but distribution.

They take an existing bit of tech that is only available to very savvy users and make it available to anyone.

The distribution innovation will look almost like a non-accomplishment to the savvy users.

"You didn't make anything possible that wasn't possible before!!"

But you did better: you made a thing that was previously only possible, easy.

Now a much larger set of people can use it.

LLMs are amazingly impressive, but to use them effectively you have to be a wizard.

The tool that has the biggest impact will allow anyone to do what an LLM wizard can do.
