  • Well-designed software already thinks about what actions in the UI imply endorsement of specific outcomes.
    • For example, signing a EULA.
    • But also things like "the user's message in a chat shouldn't be visible to other members in the chat until they hit send".
    • What if you could capture those implicit policies as explicit endorsements?
    • The result would be a UX that felt natural and unsurprising but also had formal guarantees even in untrusted contexts.
