My personal serendipity engine works by cultivating intellectually meaningful relationships with people I run into who are interesting and interested.

Being an extrovert means I at least enjoy almost every conversation I have with any random person, capping the downside.

But each conversation I have with an interesting and interested person, someone who wants to talk and explore ideas together, has the upside of possibly discovering a game-changing idea together, now or in the future.
