    • So the more you do for the corrupt organization, the more you have to lose if you get cast outside of it.
      • A toxic spiral that's in favor of the corrupt organization.
    • As Josh Marshall puts it: "Part of going on a corruption spree on the inside is that you've made yourself a hostage to the organization."
